To fill in the numbers for you, PayDeck360 sends the paystub you picked to Anthropic, the company that makes the Claude AI. It goes through our server. Anthropic reads it and sends the numbers back.

What is sent: the photo or PDF you picked, and everything printed on it - your name, address, employee ID, pay, taxes and deductions.

What we keep: PayDeck360 does not keep the photo. Only the numbers you choose to save are kept with your account.

Training: Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models by default.

You can say no. Typing the numbers in yourself works the same way.
