Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 2, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PayDeck360 ("we", "us", "our"), operated in Texas, United States. By creating an account or using PayDeck360 on the web or in the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PayDeck360.

2. What PayDeck360 Does

PayDeck360 is a paycheck estimating and schedule tool for shift workers. It helps you:

• Estimate gross pay, taxes, deductions and net pay for each paycheck
• Track overtime, holidays, vacation, sick time and off-cycle checks
• See your schedule on a calendar and follow year-to-date totals
• Read paystubs you upload and answer pay questions using AI

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 and live in the United States.
• You can sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple. Give us accurate information.
• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
• One person per account. Do not share or resell access.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Plans: Annual, $44.00 per year; or Monthly, $4.99 per month. Prices are shown before you buy.

Free trial: New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access and no payment card required. After the trial, a subscription is needed to keep using PayDeck360.

Free or beta access: We may give some users free or beta access, on the terms described when it is offered.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, and you are charged unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Buying on the website: Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the subscription section of the app menu (it opens Stripe's billing page) or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Buying in the iPhone app: Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Cancel in your iPhone Settings, under your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Refund requests for App Store purchases go to Apple.

Price changes: We will tell you at least 30 days before a price increase. It applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before then.

5. Refunds (Website Purchases)

• If you are not satisfied with your first website purchase, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
• After 30 days, or for later renewals, we do not refund partial periods.
• App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by us.

7. Your Data

You own the information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to run PayDeck360 for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time (Menu > Delete Account).

8. Acceptable Use

Do not:

• Use PayDeck360 for anything illegal
• Try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or get around security
• Scrape, copy, reverse engineer or resell the service
• Upload malicious code or overload the service
• Pretend to be someone else

9. Our Property

PayDeck360's software, design and content belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use PayDeck360 while your account is in good standing.

10. Availability

We work to keep PayDeck360 available, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. We will give notice of major changes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent the law allows, PayDeck360 is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for tax penalties, interest or financial decisions made using estimates; and (b) our total liability for any claim related to PayDeck360 is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover our reasonable losses from claims caused by your misuse of PayDeck360 or your violation of these Terms.

14. Ending Your Use

• You can stop using PayDeck360 and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, uses the service fraudulently, or tries to compromise it. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.
• When an account is deleted, its data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Sections 6, 11, 12, 13 and 16 continue after your account ends.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using PayDeck360 after that, the new Terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel and delete your account.

16. Disputes and Governing Law

Please contact us first at paydeck360@gmail.com; we will try to resolve any problem within 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

17. General

• These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about PayDeck360.
• If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given it up.
• You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them to a business that takes over PayDeck360.
